PhD - Dr. Cumhur Dülger

Dr. Cumhur Dülger who lectured in the spring 2023 semester as a guest lecturer at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences and started to his new PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Fabian Behrendt, has fulfilled all the requirements specified in the “Public Finance” section after starting his academic career as a faculty member at Anadolu University and he got official permission to apply his Professor degree. The appointment ceremony was organized by Anadolu University Rector Office and Dr. Cumhur Dülger’s professor documents were given by Anadolu University Rector Prof. Dr. Fuat Erdal.
