WhatsApp Inc.’s terms of service and privacy policy apply when using WhatsApp to obtain advice and we have no control over this. We therefore ask that you do not send us any personal information (e.g. name and address). Your request will be processed exclusively by members of the Student Advisory Service team. After the session we delete your telephone number and the chat history and do not pass this information to third parties. You cannot reach us by telephone on this number. The usual telephone number for calls is +49 (0)391 886 4106.

To arrange an appointment, write an email to studienberatung@h2.de and suggest an appointment time during our opening hours. After the appointment has been agreed, you will receive a meeting link by email for your video chat on Zoom. The link initially takes you to a virtual waiting room and you will be admitted to the meeting from there.

The Zoom website provides guidance and tutorials on how to use the platform as well as information about privacy.
