Tips for the application
Whether you are applying for an internship or for a career start, the application is your business card and decides whether you will be shortlisted. An application that is individually tailored to the job advertisement will give you a huge advantage in the selection process. Practice the "right" way of applying while you are still studying, wether it is an application portfolio, an online application or a speculative application. There is normally no second chance to make a first impression.

With the job platform "Nachwuchsmarkt" (Young Talent market), students and graduates can quickly and easily find qualified positions for career entry, internships and part-time jobs.The Nachwuchsmarkt was developed by the Career Center of Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences. Employers and job seekers benefit from a wide range of offers and regional contacts.
Saxony-Anhalt's internship program for young international talent: Partners of Tomorrow 2023 - 2025
The “Partners of Tomorrow” program, which is funded by the Ministry of Economics, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, is aimed at international students. With a six to twelve-week internship and a precisely defined task that is related to the company's foreign trade plans, foreign students who are enrolled at a college or university in Saxony-Anhalt and have a corresponding profile have the chance to work in to enter the practice.
